These black handlebars are full 1-1/4" outer diameter. Handlebars are 1-1/4" at riser area and require 1-1/4" inner diameter handlebar riser. These are drilled for internal wiring.
Bars are indented at the grip area. The wire hole is located at the underside of the bar. *NOTE: For fitment application, purchase 1-1/4" risers separately.
